A blend of fruit from five different regions, bold and brooding with lashings of black fruit, chocolate characters, nicely balanced oak and firm tannins. A blend of grapes from Central Victoria and SA, this combines cool climate elegance with the richer taste of warmer regions. A fine wine to perfectly compliment any steak or red meat.

Terroir: Soil types vary from the fertile sandy loams of the Goulburn Valley to the textured red calcareous clay soils typical in Heathcote. Along with the free draining decomposed granite found in the Strathbogie Ranges.

Climate: generally a cool climate due to higher altitude.
